I love love love weddings where the reception is held at the family home. It is so special to celebrate your wedding in the place where you grew up; to party with your friends in the grounds where you spent your childhood; to be surrounded by all your family history. I have known Sarah for some years now, as I have photographed the christenings of her nieces and taken lots of family photos over the years. It was really special to come to this house and to be a part of this wedding, and I am also so happy that she has found love with someone as kind and lovely as Tom!
Thank you Sarah and Tom for having me capture your wonderful day. I loved every moment, from the emotion of Sarah walking down the stairs to meet her father, to the happiness of the ceremony, to the beauty of the speeches, and to the spectacular first dance. What a day and what a party!
Sarah and Tom had the guidance of the excellent Snapdragon London, who helped them pull off a totally seamless day. Special mention also goes to Zara Flowers who created the most stunning display at the church entrance and throughout both venues, and to all the other suppliers involved: Bella Campbell makeup and hair, Maisie Fantaisie‘s beautiful cake, Sassi Holford dress, David Saxby groomswear, West Hoathly Garage car, Inside Outside marquees, Amuse private caterers, and Mode Band.
